We ship orders to all 50 U.S. states via USPS, UPS, FedEx; by default, we use USPS
Processing times for custom engraved products typically range from 2-5 business days, and shipping times vary based on your location.
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by carriers, incorrect shipping addresses, or events beyond our control (e.g., weather, natural disasters, postal delays).
6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Because our products are custom-made, all sales are final.
However, we will gladly replace or refund an item if:
- It arrives damaged or defective; or
- The engraving or design does not match the details you provided.
